Wyoming is a vast state, and our Catholic community extends from the larger cities of Cheyenne and Casper, to mission churches such as St. Stephen's Mission on the Wind River Indian Reservation. Our priests, deacons and laity devote countless hours to activities such as marriage preparation for couples, religious education for children, and faith-based Catholic education through our schools. We live and celebrate our solidarity and rejoice in our common goal of advancing Christ's love throughout our state.
The Bishop, Priests, Deacons and Foundation Board have identified key ministries that represent the greatest needs and provide an opportunity for members of the Catholic community to advance and grow Catholicism in Wyoming.
To advance our Catholic faith, we ask that you continue to support your parish and the Annual Diocesan Appeal.
The Foundation has awarded:
* More than $700,000 awarded to Wyoming Catholic Schools since 2016
* A grant of $150,000 to replace an elevator at St. Anthony's Manor in Casper
* Approximately $100,000 a year to support seminarians and priestly formation
* $25,000 per year for supplemental medical insurance for retired priests
* More than $30,000 each year for continuing education for priests
