Jeff Marsh

Jeff Marsh was raised in Lingle, Wyoming. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Wyoming and is also a graduate of Eastern Wyoming College. He is a founding partner and principal of BOLI Strategic Partners, a nationally recognized vendor providing bank owned life insurance products and services throughout the United States. Jeff has been in the insurance and financial services business for over 30 years.  Jeff currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the University of Wyoming and as a member of the University of Wyoming Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Platte Valley Bank Wyoming.  His experience also includes service on the boards of Eastern Wyoming College Foundation, the Community Healthcare Foundation and the Wyoming State Board of Education. He resides in Torrington, with his wife Cathy. They have three grown children, Britt and his wife, Brenna, Blakeley and her husband, Nicholas and Allison and her husband Logan. They also are the proud grandparents of Finley, Baylor, McCafferty and Briar. Jeff’s hobbies include building, hunting, fishing and he is an avid water skier. He lives in Torrington and is a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
