Deborah Robbins grew up in Casper and graduated from the Casper College with an Associate Degree in Psychology and then the University of Wyoming with a degree in Human Resource Management. She later acquired a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Wyoming. She began her career as a civil servant, working for the City of Gillette. She spent 4 years working for St. Matthew’s Catholic Community as Parish Administrator overseeing the building of what is now John Paul II Catholic School and them spent 7 years with Rio Tinto Energy before returning to the City of Gillette as the Director of Human Resources. She joined Peregrine Global Services in 2011 as an owner and Chief Operating Officer until her retirement in 2021. She lived in Australia for four years while building Peregrine into an international organization. Debbie has served on a variety of community boards, and parish roles, was a Trustee for St. Matthews Church for 10 years and currently serves with her husband, Steve, in the leadership role with Worldwide Marriage Encounter for Wyoming and Montana. She and Steve are also currently serving as Community Pillar leadership for Worldwide Marriage Encounter Region 9, covering a five-state region. Debbie has two grown children and two grandchildren and lives in Gillette, Wyoming.
